The EcoHarmony Project is a three-year research initiative that aims to gather info from educators and industry experts in tourism to develop a comprehensive curriculum, launch a digital collaboration platform, implement a micro-credential framework, and enhance education in sustainable tourism and promote a more sustainable, inclusive, and competitive tourism industry.

Goals

  • Develop a sustainable tourism curriculum aligned with the Global Sustainable Tourism Framework (GTSF).
  • Launch a digital platform for global collaboration and knowledge sharing in sustainable tourism education.
  • Introduce microlearning modules focused on virtual exchanges and international collaboration (COIL).
  • Promote a more sustainable, inclusive, and competitive tourism industry.
  • Host the SustainEurope 2027 Summit in five countries on World Environment Day.
