In work package 4 we  aim to develop a Micro-Credential Framework for Sustainable Tourism Competencies, establishing a structured system to identify and validate key skills aligned with industry needs and global sustainability goals. It includes a pilot implementation of the GTSF program with micro-credentials across participating HEIs to assess its effectiveness. Student achievements will be evaluated, and successful participants will be awarded micro-credentials. This initiative supports SDG 4 by enhancing quality education in sustainable tourism, SDG 11 by promoting sustainable cities and communities, and SDG 13 by contributing to climate action through education on environmentally responsible tourism practices.
